Latvian team has returned from the International Linguistics Olympiad in Beijing with two bronze medals (won by Šonita Koroļova and Vitālijs Gusevs). Congratulations!
Latvian team had the opportunity to participate in the Olympiad in Beijing thanks to the help of Riga City Council Education, Culture and Sports Department project coordinator Lolita Meža, "ASNI” fund chair Laili Sakijeva, Riga Secondary School No.40 alumni Mihails Veļeņko and Anna Priščepa, Latvian University Mathematics and Informatics Institute researcher Mārtiņš Opmanis and Riga State Gymnasium No.1 society.
